Refund Policy

Our Policy

PassPulse subscriptions provide immediate access to digital content upon purchase. Because access is granted instantly and cannot be "returned," subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.


Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. When you cancel:

  • Future billing stops immediately. You will not be charged for the next billing period.
  • Access continues. You retain full access to PassPulse until the end of your current paid period.
  • No prorated refunds. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period.

Exceptions

We may issue a refund or account credit at our sole discretion in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a billing error on our part
  • Charges made after a confirmed cancellation

To report a billing error, contact info@passpulse.pro within 14 days of the charge.


First-Month Discount

The promotional first-month price ($14.50) is non-refundable once charged, consistent with this policy.


Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution.
