Our General Policy
As a general rule, PassPulse does not offer refunds — all sales are considered final. PassPulse subscriptions provide immediate access to digital content upon purchase, and because access is granted instantly and cannot be "returned," subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
We recognize this is a firm position, and we appreciate that circumstances vary. If you believe your situation is exceptional, we genuinely invite you to reach out — we review every request individually and will do our best to be fair.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. When you cancel:
- Future billing stops immediately. You will not be charged for the next billing period.
- Access continues. You retain full access to PassPulse until the end of your current paid period.
- No prorated refunds. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period.
Exceptional Circumstances
If you believe your situation warrants a review — for example, a confirmed billing error on our part or a charge made after a confirmed cancellation — please contact us at info@passpulse.pro. We will review your request and respond on a case-by-case basis. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank, as most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.
Your Legal Rights
Where applicable law grants you refund or cancellation rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights are honored in full. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution.
